By creating an account or using Fogru, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Fogru is a group fund management platform that allows users to track shared finances, connect bank accounts, manage member contributions, and share financial information with group members. The service is designed for legitimate group financial management purposes only.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

You agree to use Fogru only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Harm, threaten, or harass other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform

You retain ownership of any content you create within Fogru, including group names, descriptions, and transaction notes. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service.

Fogru is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will notify you in advance and clearly communicate any pricing changes. You will always have the option to continue using basic features without charge.

Fogru integrates with third-party banking services to provide account connectivity features. These integrations are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We use PSD2-compliant providers and never directly access your banking credentials.

Fogru is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate financial tracking, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed. Always verify important financial information with your bank.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fogru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
